What I have issue with is when a team does everything right by all accounts and this er still negs out on 2 years of his max contract. He has a debt to pay and he's trying to welch on it.

It's honestly pretty stupid of PATFO if they expected some sort of discount. I'm thinking maybe if instead of telling Woj "we are a really long way from offering the supermax" they should've told him " we intend to offer it we just need a good talk/strong commitment".
Then again, if it was about the supermax you'd think both sides wouldve made a bigger effort to make amends.

There were a lot of positive leaks saying the Spurs and Leonard were heading towards a reconciliation. The Spurs make a pretty simple statement through Woj and the group ing loses their again and demands a trade.
At this point, I highly doubt the front office is considering giving this piece of the keys to the franchise and frankly who can blame them.
Spooge Czar never lets any opportunity to slam PATFO get by him. The next positive or complementary thing he says about them will be the first.
