It just sucks because this country loves basketball so much. We'll probably get banned for a while and be withheld from hosting tournaments. I understand and agree that the Philippines should be punished but please know that the heads on the national team don't represent our entire country. The aftermath was pretty embarrassing too. Players were smiling and the crowd was laughing as replays were being shown. Then there was the idiot who took a selfie with the team and of course the team was stupid enough to pose. I'm guessing it was just a random fan but if he's someone within the team that just makes it worse.
