If they’re judging off one game then damn.. That was their first real game in forever.. some players adjust differently than others and may take a little time to gain rhythm. He knows he could have done better and I expect his performance to increase each game.

i'm not going to judge a player on a 3 for 16 night, patty mills has given us plenty of those. even manu has. it's a process that is compartmentalized as far as i'm concerned. and while i think he will have stints in austin, i think he won't spend most of the season there.
I hope you are right since I prefer to watch a younger Spurs. I still expect him in Austin a lot, and tbh most of the season. Unless there are injuries or something unusual.
