Yep. Lebron knew he had to get out of dodge before hand.
Really odd how the EC has become a permanent second tier.
Can't see that happening since the owners would have to vote on it. No way the Eastern conference owners would be down with making it harder for their teams to go to the playoffs. They would also lose money in that scenario.

So who are the top 5 players in the East? Hmmm Greek Freak? And ???
Now that Lebron is out west, you bet your ass they will.
Cant have the cash cow getting sent to Cancun in round 1
Easter Conference is starting to look like the WNBA. Yeah, it's basketball, but it just isn't the best basketball so better not to watch.
I caught a few East games last season and it honestly felt like i was watching a different tier league.
As if the rest of the West outside of Golden State isn't equally as irrelevant and pointless.
Why would Kawhi join Brony's unprofessional whack ass?
I'd probably go with:
1. Greek Freak
2. Embiid
3. Kyrie
4. Derozan
5. Wall
Setting aside how ludicrous it is to call LeBron "unprofessional" - just look at the group that Kawhi has surrounded himself with. Those guys are actually unprofessional, and it shows.
Wait and see on Kawhi's crew.
LeBron fired a winning coach and replaced him with T Lue. Alos tried to get him fired via lackluster play. Also the Decision is the single most unprofessional thing ever.
I don’t know. All that really matters is the top 4 teams in each conference unless you have a stacked West where teams 1-8 are really close.
Boston & Philly are really good and promising and NY could get good really quick a-la Lakers due to free agency
Doubt it. East owners wouldn't go for that and I think Silver would settle for a possibility of a Lakers/Celtics Finals.
Yup. It was discussed here earlier this year:

How has this been any different than the last 2 decades. West tires out west, one good team in the east.
