White is just on another level. Here in the G-league championship game, he's doing everything! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PC0UogLtQe0

A point guard with decent length and isn't afraid to shoot. Doesn't have elite athleticism, but seems good enough.

White was double teamed the entire second half. What's amazing that he was still able to keep his dribble, break the double team and still make a play for his team.

The gems in the draft are the players who can take the teaching resources that the NBA gives and make themselves into a much better player. Hardy may be right about White improvement to be massive.

    Perhaps Gasol, Lamarcus

    Then White, Bellineli and Murray

As the new starting five for our Spurs!

He’s not a great color analyst - agreed. But Ron Boone was an excellent scorer in the ABA (3rd all-time leading scorer). He and Louie Dampier were the top 3-Pt shooters. I actually watched him play for the Dallas Chaps at the Memorial Auditorium when I was a kid.
Way before my time, D. But thanks for the knowledge.

Derrick White reminds me of a young Dennis Johnson. Smart, skilled, solid and good on both sides of the ball.
Not as fiery as DJ, yet anyway. He’s very good at running the offense. Hope this is his year to make a big step in the NBA.

Won't matter. Pop is married to Dijon.

No. Start Rudy and keep Gasol with the bench. Personally I would prefer Dijon with the bench, too.

Blossomgame has good size and seems to have a mid-game. I just don't think its enough of a game that will translate. Yeah, Spurs are in need of SFs, but Blossomgame seem to play like a PF.

Metu has the size of a PF, but seems to have good mechanics to be a decent SF. He's got enough speed to keep up with the smaller players.

Pretty nice stats. How about the eye test? Where did his points come from? Did he play mostly inside or out? PF or SF? Was his defense sound?

If he made a leap this year, that would be a real boon for the team.

He made them around the basket and mid-range shots. I don't like his shot mechanics though. To summarize, a PF in a SF body.

He didn't make any glaring errors. He played okay, certainly a two-way deal would be ok.

Thanks. I thought he would have played SF when he came out of college. No chance of that, eh?

Blossom needs to be consistent before I jump on his bandwagon he showed in the Toros he will have one good game and then not show up for the next two. If you can’t dominate Every game in G League your not yet NBA material.

I take Metu before Blossom. Metu has more finesse, behind the basket, shooting, length but needs to bulk up. Any reason why Milutinov is not playing?

Mulitinov is with Serbia NT actually.

About metu, i agree he needs To add some bulk , what i really like is his footwork. I Watch it a little bit in those Two summer league games and it’s Pretty good.

Metu has got a shot. He'll be in Austin most of the season but he's definitely an interesting prospect. He's basically everything they hoped Lalanne would be.

He needs to add about 20 lbs tho to have any chance of being a stretch 4, he'd absolutely get obliterated down low and on the glass by any NBA 4/5 tbh.
