What he's saying isn't wrong and he absolutely has a right to voice that opinion. But if his goal is to make more people listen to him and his message, then he's best served by playing better. Otherwise it's too easy for people to point to his poor play and discredit him. That's not how things should be, but unfortunately it's just the way things are.
