So apparently they told Kawhi what time to leave his hotel to get to the game on time. His Uncle thought that the Spurs were being too controlling and telling him to leave too early. So they left too late, got stuck in traffic, and Kawhi had to get out and walk to the arena to make it on time.


The traffic around All Star weekend is crazy...I have been to four of them. The Spurs weren't being controlling, they were trying to make sure he made it to the game.

-Hotel is only 3 blocks from Arena but they're stuck for 3+ hours
-Eventually they return to hotel, park the car there and have to walk to Arena with Kawhi hiding himself with his hoodie
