Hard to recover from a hamstring injury at his age.
It really is the end of an era
Hard to recover from a hamstring injury at his age.
Yes, that was when he willed the Spurs to a win!
MVParker in 2013 was great but I'll always remember him taking a runny dump all over the Shaq Suns in 2008, dude murdered them that series....
i remember being at this game... parker was putting blake on skates ALL game
was at this game too. abused chris paul on both ends all game.
Thanks Tony it’s been a blast see you at the retirement ceremony.
MVParker,Legend but it's time to renew the team.
Here's the game where he passed AJ for the assists record and torched Russ for 42 pts.
I wanted him to retire a Spur. Greatest PG in Spurs history. Good luck Tony.
Everything changed when we drafted him. We went from not being able to get the ball up the floor against the ing Lakers to this kid zooming all over the place.
Thank you Tony. You're great! Legend

Very tough year for the Spurs organization, 1st the Kawhi Drama, then Popovich’s wife, now Tony Parker. Will Ginobili be next? I can see Parker feeling he can still be useful to a team, in a meaningful way. As a backup he is cool with, not as a 3rd string, as he was towards the end of year. He barely played. He almost become a 3rd string guard and Parker was not ready for that yet, he almost had some DNP-CD. With the logjam of guards, Parker did one last great thing for the organization and moved on, so that D.White, Murray and Walker can play and grow. For the present and future of the franchise. I never saw him leaving. That being said, I have a feeling he will return after 2 years to finally be that 3rd string guard in a mentorship role, for Popovich’s final year, and Parker’s year 20 and then take a Spurs front office job.
Greatest Spurs point guard ever!!!
The Spurs mentorship now falls on Patty Mills.
Go SPURS GO!
It Hurts...
is there a hornet talk board somewhere tbh ?
Seriously tho it feels weird..
Top 10 in Playoff Assists & Points:

Lebron James
Kobe Bryant
Tony Parker
Hater my nig some words please - some input
All the best to TP! Thanks for the greatness.
Love TP man. Spurs wouldn't be the same if they hadn't picked up this 19-year old kid from France, and had him tested by fire.
Special moments:
- His Finals MVP
- The way he always performed against Nash's suns, always threading through the defense
- The way he carried the Spurs after 2010 when Duncan and Manu were slowing down
- His shot against LeBron James, game 1, 2013 Finals
- His game against Memphis where he went 6-7 for the game after not having a good playoff series
He made famous the teardrop shot. Now almost every NBA point guard has this in his arsenal.
I remember when Tony would be one of the top 3 finishers in the paint for the season, not bad for a 6'2 point guard.
I know my basketball game definitely's been changed by this guy (hopefully with a better 3-point shot lol).
But he always seemed to make the 3-point shots that mattered.
Not bad for the 28th pick in the draft, for a kid from Europe given the rein to the Spurs at age 19.
Here's to you TP. Good luck in Charlotte, and with Michael Jordan, and James Borrego. Hope that team goes to the playoffs. I know San Antonio will miss his presence on and off the court, but can't wait till we retire, finally, the great TP.
