The history of Kawhi's agency is so damn shady. I don't know how many current NFL players they rep, but Kawhi's the only current NBA player (right?).
In 2014, the guy who recruited Kawhi to Impact was fired for stealing money, and it ends up he wasn't a certified agent with the NBPA:
The source said, “It was easier for (Carlos Dew) to do what he needed to do to recruit without being certified (by the NBPA).”

In 2016, Impact sued a former employee over a non-compete agreement that was never signed. Impact allegedly falsified the agreement (the guy wasn't even in the country on the date they alleged he signed it):

They received a $10 million investment in 2017 from a billionaire real estate developer whose company owns 100+ buildings in NY. And then as part of their "services" to the players, they try to get them to invest in real estate. How is that not a conflict?

And of course, most recently, Kawhi's former agent with Impact (Elfus) is suing the agency for commissions owed from Kawhi's current deal:

You guys probably know all this, but no wonder this agency allegedly has been paying Uncle Dennis and Mama Kim for five years. Impact is so shady.
