Cris carter is a reputable source.
I wonder if the Spurs can use some of what he's saying against Kawhi's "group". This man hasn't stopped threatening that Kawhi "will not even go to the facility" of the team that trades for him if it isn't located in Los Angeles. Seriously?
Also, LeBron if he's been colluding with Kawhi's group. (I hope not.) But if he puts on that, "Oh, I love Pop!" shtick and then is able to do this to a man who just recently lost his wife, damn shame.
Kawhi's group. I hope they don't get what they want and go bankrupt.
Kawhi too. Lame ass, cold hearted snake. I don't even have to hope he goes broke because I KNOW he will. Too many mouths too feed and no common sense in that group. (Shout out to Lillard who squashed all that Laker rumor with one tweet.)

I stopped reading at reputable.
But I should have stopped reading at Apa..
“Kawhi, in meeting with Pop, Pop gave him every indication that he was going to trade him and he was going to try to make Kawhi happy,” Carter revealed. “I never said that before because I was holding it until now. So all these discussions about Kawhi going to the East, I believe Popovich is trying to accommodate Kawhi and trying to please him.”
Former Miami Dolphins receiver and current Fox Sports football analyst Cris Carter has been quietly going through a divorce that's becoming increasingly contentious, according to court records in Boca Raton.
The 51-year-old NFL hall of famer, who happens to be a minister, filed against Melanie Carter last year in a Palm Beach County family court.
According to records, they were married in 1990 and have been living in the Boca area since. They have two adult children. Their 26-year-old, Duron Carter, is, like his dad, a wide receiver. But two attempts to make the NFL fell short, and he is now with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League.
The divorce papers shows that Cris and Melanie Carter have been separated for at least 10 years. Both claim their marriage is now "irretrievably broken."
While the divorce seemed relatively routine at first, things have become much more unpleasant as of late with Melanie allegedly getting the runaround regarding access to Cris' financial do ents.
There have been several unsuccessful attempts to obtain financial information about the 2012 sale of Cris' security company in Atlanta, a company he owned with his brothers. elanie also claims she recently discovered Cris has been spending money that she claims belongs to the marital pot.
She wants alimony and the couple's $1.5 million-marital home in Boca's Patch Reef Estates.
"The wife has been a good and loving spouse," her counter-pe ion reads, "who labored diligently as (Cris') companion, confidant, business partner and homemaker."
Dude is getting half'ed... will say anything for dem bucks...
Prolly why he needs his bidness venture, Impact Sports, to succeed. He needs Kawhi to get a big shoe deal and other contracts. Why? Because his representation will get a larger percentage of those dollars than they will Kawhi's NBA contract.
I swear, does Kawhi know he's being played like a fiddle? He ought to.
It's why they need him in a bigger market. This is all about the vultures. Always was. them all from Kawhi on down.
So should we believe Crissy or is he just trying to make Pop look like the bad guy when he doesn't trade Kawryer

I guess the only guy who has talked with Kawhi was Jabari Young. Carter and Shams just talk with his camp.
Sober or drunk?
It's evident that Carter doesn't understand the difference between the NFL and NBAhe keeps talking about holdouts..
Reminds me of when he was asked about dabbing(before white people killed it).
ESPN is a disgrace to allow CC to shill for his agency on air and twist the narrative in Kawhi's direction. His personal problems explain, but do NOT excuse, many of his actions.
There are a lot of folks hanging on by their fingernails, clinging to Kawhi like barnacles to a dock post. He's in real trouble and doesn't even realize it yet.
He's on Fox Sports 1.
My bad. Whatever network he is on should fire him for not only making himself part of the story, but trying to change the story to benefit himself.
Like we didn't see other guys doing the same in Spurs' favor.
Wright from ESPN wrote entire articles about what the Spurs leaked to him.
Media guys always take just one side for own interest, money, rep..
Exactly, and it’s not hard to find the connection.

You could have stopped right there.
Just business. SA Spurs, not SA Pops.
