Hmmmmm
I've always wanted Oak to succeed, but it's not a great look for the Nets to have given up on him. Marks should be able to give Pop the inside scoop, so if the Spurs bring him over, it would likely be with their eyes open.
Would love to have Jahlil on the roster, but I’m sure there will be teams willing to pay quite a bit for him.
Milutinov is staying in Greece per Paul Garcia Via someone in the know...
Looks like no Milutinov this year either

Olympiacos fully expected to retain Milutinov
The Serbian center who has been with Olympiacos since 2015, signed a three-year contract last year that included an NBA-out as well as higher salary.
The Spurs who own Milutinov’s draft rights, have the option to bring him over but the deadline is on July 20th.
According to Eurohoops sources, Nikola Milutinov will surely remain with Olympiacos and the announcement is just a matter of time.
damn, beat me by seconds
I'd love to have okafor come in. Better than joffrey day 1 and alot more upside.
Milutinov has been as helpful a pick as Jean-Charles. Picking flawed guards seems to have worked better lately.
He'd be worth a look. Once Kawai is moved, I see Gasol being sent out easily.
Judging by their draft history the past few years seems like the Spurs are reluctant to pick big men. Deyonta Davis and Ivica Zubac were both available when Murray was picked. Rabb, Ojeleye, and Bell were around when the Spurs picked White. Something about getting better value from guards that late in the draft. In hindsight the Spurs probably did well picking these guys over their frontcourt alternatives. If I remember, Murray was invited to the green room. Not bad for the 29th pick.
Late round big men are notoriously raw players unfit for a win now team, and we had Ayers, dedmon, bobsn, etc, free agent prosects and retreads during the period.
now that mulitinov is probably coming back to Olympiakos, i hope we could get a big ala Alex Len. We already need at least two bigs, one can be metu as a PF.
Preseason schedule. September 30th might as well be next month.

With the Euro leagues growing in popularity and skill level, European players now have more choices on where to comfortably play. even Doncic said he was unsure about coming to the NBA. It no longer makes sense from a risk standpoint to pick these (non generational) Euro talents in the lottery, maybe even in the first round, given they may not ever come over.
No scrimmages against CSKA Moscow for us. Sporks not popular anymore
Murray was invited to the green room. IIRC he fell to the 29th pick due to questions about his girlfriend's outfit
or against Alba Berlin, oh wait ...
Dante Cunningham to Spurs on a one year deal.

Spurs have till August 1 to decide whether to guarantee Brandon Paul's $1.4M contract for next season. Paul averaged 2.3 points and 1.6 rebounds in 64 games (2 as a starter) in his rookie season in NBA (career high: 18 points vs. Celtics)
what does he even do?
He has the same last name as Chris Paul.
Im going to watch Dallas this year......
Doncic with the genius Coach Carlisle, they could make the playoffs
Luka de Colo leading mavs to the playoffs![]()
It would make zero sense to have Paul back. He can have a two-way contract. Just not a regular spot.
