Yes that's why we would need to wait until 12/15 if we don't get it done now. He still hasn't signed an offer sheet from anybody and the Clippers only gave him the minimal QO which is well below his value. So, I suspect something is going on.
What about Kawhi, Green and Gasol in a three way trade. Spurs den Kawhi to Washington for John Wall, Washington sends 1st round pick to New Orleans for 2nd rd and 3rd rd. Spurs get Anthony Davis. New Orleans gets Green and a 3rd Rd, Washington gets Gasol and rights to Patty Mills.
