Yes. The 3,000 "suspected Russian account" tweets or retweets had little to no impact on the millions of American users who were tweeting #releasethememo. Twitter hid the hashtag as the #1 trending topic because of the Clinton puppet website. #releasethememo was pushed by Americans and Twitter chose to try and silence them.
