Nope
Would you be in favor of the Spurs resigning him?
Uncle, agent and Chris Carter must be publicly renounced by Kawhi personally in a press conference.
It's over. This isn't dealing Elliott to the Pistons.
nah.
it's not hate or bitterness towards kawhi, but drama is drama.
Of course, bitterness don't win championships.
He would have to beg Pop and the fans for forgiveness. Considering that he can't even say a word, that is never happening.
CIA POP in action! We get KL back and keep DeMar lol
Yes, but only so they can get better value for him by the next trade deadline.
Lol this is 100% never happening
Time to move on
flogged
About as likely as Trump telling the truth once, tbh.
Nope and it has nothing to do with hatred. He's definitely talented but he's proven he's a headcase you can't rely on.
haha funny that my coworker and i were just joking about this.
Kawhi during the season would have to come to the realization that he is in this situation because of his "group." He fires that group, tells Danny Green sorry for making him go to Toronto, then says that he will apologize to the spurs franchise after the season ends and will ask to rejoin.
Then as a favor for Toronto, we send them back Derozan. But we keep Jakob. lol
I would take him back but for like a 1+1 or something like that. No way you trust this guy long term. I just have this idea that kawhi will actually grow some balls in a year apart and maybe he wants to come back. Taxation and media scrutiny might make him wish he was back in the SA.
What he does or does not want is likely irrelevant. His group wants him in LA so that they can try to milk him for as much as they can get. Not one word from this assburger during the saga. Not one. As long as he gets to LA somehow, someway, I think he'll be happy enough to let his handlers run (ruin) his business for him.
That said: yeah. being able to trade him again (this time on a three year deal) would be sweet. Pop could cozy right the up to him and hold a joint press conference where Pop takes the lion's share of the blame for how things fell out. Then we flip his ass to another organization but for much better assets this time.
