    any criminality imputed to POTUS should be addressed first by Congress and then by the courts.

    any attempt to prosecute POTUS criminally before impeachment and removal creates a cons utional standoff per se.

    one should consider that there's no guarantee the justice system will win in such a contest before pursuing it.

    the best option is to vote DJT out in 2020. second best is impeachment and removal by Congress.

    the worst option available is to indict him criminally before removal from office.
