gunman was in a 3-hour standoff, not shooting anybody in the store. He was shooting at the police during the chase and going into the store, then no more shooting.

no caution for customers from the police about shooting into store.

With the police, it's always immediate escalation to Wild West shoot first.

I have a problem that people inside the store did not have a gun that could shot the guy in the store
but the police shot when he enterered the store
the police man shot at the guy hoping he hit the guy before he unloaded the gun with full of customers
