Even last yr I wanted him... I'd trade away patty to sign him. He's a great professional, an just does his job. Runs the offense so great too. Nuttin fancy about him, but he can flat out shoot.

Ledbetter and the Jimmer killing it at the TBT. Anyone watch any of this tourney? I think it's way better TV than the Big3. You can really see just how much better the pro's are than regular joes.

Seeing a semi-pro do this should give everyone a good idea of just how great NBA players are. The scrubbiest of NBA players are still among the best ballers in the world. Matt Bonner, who got roasted in this forum, would routinely drain double digit consecutive 3 pointers in practice.

I stumbled on the game and was just pointing out that a pro, any one who at some point is or was a pro, are visibly better than any black dude, white dude or any other human that remotely thinks they can hang with pros. I remember playing Damon Jones in a gym many years ago. Damon looked like the second coming of MJ against regular guys.

Exactly what I'm talking about. I remember Johnny Moore playing at the Fort Sam Houston Sports Arena back in 1989 before he made his NBA comeback in Drob's rookie year. Dude torched everyone: nailed 3 pointers, made no look passes and navigated his team like a general. It was pretty impressive. Once he got back to the NBA, he was only good enough to average about 2 pts in nine minutes per game of spot duty behind Rod Strickland.
