He’s already established and encouraged frenzied behavior over his shoes.

I prefer that over the LBJ fake saintly bs.

Definitely a great move by LeBron. Now that he no longer cares about competing for championships, he can devote plenty of time and energy to giving back to the community.

You mean working on his PR.

Black excellence. Hopefully this begets a trend of more athletes being involved in the community outside of basketball camps.

Also people like to on jordan but he's the first AA majority owner of an nba franchise and has put a lot of black people in positions that weren't possible before.
I hope not when Charlotte sucked.

Props to an athlete that put his money where his mouth is. Not many follow through.
    He feeds on good PR.
Your right it doesn't help MJ but my point is I don't think Lebron would have spoke out either about race during the 90's. There was no social media platform to do it and politically it wasn't an issue that was talked much about outside a few blips which was the LA riots and OJ Simpson trial.
Just wait, the only reason your side does not face opposing argument is big city MSM, not social media.

I'm not on either side. I just vote for the lesser of the two evils. TBH both sides are to the right. Dems are now what Republicans used to be during the 70's while Republicans are super right. The big difference is socially and even with that I would say both sides are extreme with their views. Both liberals/conservatives have intolerance for different view points.

The right can imagine a world in which they are not dominating but the left cannot right now.

The right did not give away it's leadership to academics and twitter loudmouths.

Actually academics don't control the left. Business people control the left just like they control the right hence why they prevented Sanders from winning the primary. Also your first point doesn't make any sense.

Public school? Does this mean it is publicly funded with tax dollars, or is it just open to the public?

Right but the Left politicians are controlled by business people so what's your point? Both parties are controlled by big businesses. There is really not much of a difference anymore. Just look at how the Koch brothers stated the other day that they are willing to work with Democrats. Which means they are willing to buy off Democrats.

So, will Laker fans now come and diss Lebron, or will they support him? What will ClipperNation do? What shoudl I do? I'm so confused, tbh.
Hard not to support community work like that. As HH eloquently put it, he's making changes for these kids before they hit "that age" Bunny Colvin was talking about

So if the voice of the left is no longer politicians then how can that voice have any power?

Why doesn't the right claim the current social issues extremism as it's own?

Simple, corporations are out to make money and these social issues generate ratings for the networks.

leaving Miami to play with arguably the biggest cancer in the league Kyrie Irving
losing to Quincy Acy, Iman Shumpert and Barry Larkin's son

Well that's a ed thing to say considering the guy in the white house right now is a loudmouth buffoon who uses twitter to spew verbal diarrhea to rile up the alt right.
