Just depends on the player tbh
Man that draft board looks horrible lol. LeBron or MJ would clearly be first pick also. Then maybe Wilt/Bird/Kareem/Shaq level guys. Also shooters/scorers are probably really important, so guys like T-Mac would even be valuable on this type of all star team.
i know barkely goofed and took AI #1 because he misunderstood the draft... but lol at those names ahead of duncan (though i get mchale was just doing a celtics meme)

Go downstairs. But wear a biohazard suit, Spurtacular is spraying everywhere.
Fredette missing the layup for the game dam...
Damn, so they wear their teammates' shoes?
Hi, can someone appoint me how much of the mle do the Spurs have at their disposal?
The Spurs haven’t rescinded the QO to Hilliard. Leaves the Spurs with one spot vacant and another spot for a two-way. Other teams have been filling their two-way slots and handing out Exhibit 10 contracts. The Spurs front office has done neither. It may be because Pop’s been busy with Team USA or the Spurs are dead set on Blossomgame and Metu. Also weird how they haven’t signed anyone for training camp while some teams have already done so. Not a concern if they’re fine with Blossomgame and Metu, but otherwise other teams are getting dibs on whatever fringe talent there is left. Monroe, Brewer, Booker, Crawford, McCaw, Afflalo, Okafor, and Tarik Black are the only players worth the BAE (or the minimum, even). Wonder whom the Spurs sign for training camp contracts.
Rudy Gay is going to get a lot more minutes at SF than most think this season. Would not be surprised if he is the starting SF. Pop is going to slow the game down and run half court sets while pushing for higher percentage shots. He will challenge the opposing team to do the same by crowding the three point shooters and daring them to go to the basket or shoot mid range. This could be quite effective for teams who live and die by the three.
Et tu Costello?
So Metu probably taking his place
BSPN projected play-off matchups has the Spurs missing the playoffs.![]()
They had Lakers out too, which is weird considering how much they love Lebron
More fake news lol
It would be ok with me to see him getting some SF minutes but I actually think the Sours will run more than last year. Aldridge, Gay, and DeRozan could all do well in a fast pace system and open the floor up quickly on half court sets.
This would also force them to play more bench players which I believe we have one of the better benches this year as well.
I would hate to see a slower pace with DeRozan, Gay, and Aldridge in there but I suppose it could still possibly work.
I'm glad someone is paying attention to them, otherwise how would I know they continue to be the Ultimate Experts on sport's analysis?
You run a slower pace when the talent levels are a bit... skewed against you. Less opportunities for the other team to run away with the game and it gives you a chance to steal a game, at the end.
If you think you can roll head-to-head with a squad, you go a faster pace.
Unless your team is simply built for tempo...
Great point. The Spurs do that really well. I imagine we will need to run more this season, we shall see.
