Damn. ed up.
It looks like this is the case of a guy with poor social skills taking tough love and motivation way too far. Doesn't seem like a genuine bad guy.
Urban Meyer is a huge piece of . His recruits/recruiting tactics have always been shady as (Aaron Hernandez, i rest my case), he’s fake as in public, he pulled the “I just want to be with my family” excuse for conveniently leaving Florida right as Nick Saban was taking over the SEC, a year later said “ my family
” and took the job at Ohio State, and he’s been protecting a wifebeater on his coaching staff for years.
I guess there had been rumbling for a while how much of a s bag Meyer was especially during his time at Florida. And while plenty of people made fun of Tim Tebow, Tebow became a shield for that because everyone always felt that even if Tebow was a bit off and weird, his sincerity and genuineness as a “good guy” was never really in question. And consequently, Meyer couldn’t be a bad guy because Tebow was a big proponent of his.
But those are some damning comments about player incidents that really put Meyer in an extremely negative light. Makes Meyer come across as very two-faced when his media persona was this bible thumping, integrity driven guy, while his coaching persona was that of a heartless dictator. The Gatorade bottle tradition and the shoulder bacteria incident in particular just really make you think, “wow, what a ing asshole.”
You're not a very good judge of character, are ya?![]()
How can I judge a character if I never met it? I'm just giving my opinion based on the stories I heard on that 20 minutes youtube video. Taking in consideration that this type of do entaries tend to overdramatize .
Meyer, Saban, etc. are gigantic heads who know the rules don't apply to them unless the hits the fan. This is not a secret, dude. Universities look the other way all day long.
They're being recorded without their knowledge. And multiple people without coordination are telling the same stories. As far as do entaries go, it doesn't get more solid than that.
Collegiate sports will never be ethical. Ever. It's a bigger ruse than altruism in political positions beyond local levels.
It's not a ruse b/c everyone knows it's bull . The populous just doesn't give a though.
Meyer is the victim here. This is just a clever tactic by MSU to draw attention of the fact that Izzo hires and offers scholarships to rapists.
Chump lashing out that it's not a state-approved truth.
