Last I looked, I'm spouting politics on the political forum of a board - not at work (that would be career suicide). Although, funny thing is that we recently had harassment/ethics training where they said talking about certain things eg building a wall, how someone looks, how old someone is, etc are no-nos - all I thought is what are we to talk about then.

It's pretty obvious who they are - the ones who say they don't discuss politics at work or Christians who are pro-life or those who don't participate in the Trump bashing (which might stop after this training). On a whole, they don't discuss politics at work - they just go out and vote - I guess, SOMEBODY voted for Trump - whether they participate in polls or talk politics at work.
I don't need to talk to other Trump supporters. Those economic numbers are going in the right direction - what improves my kids' future - not what Trump says or tweets.

You need to look at the whole picture - under the Dems, gold was high(er) - tanking now (as in people think there are better places to invest). Another way I tell is the number of emails I get for jobs for dh (unlike that 5 month stretch under the Dems when there was nothing around for him).

I remember the last time we had great economic numbers under a Republican administration who discouraged oversight. Then I hit my head on something and was in a coma from 2008 through 2010, so I'm assuming everything continued to go smoothly.
