    Chicago is one of my favorite cities. I guess I only spend time in the touristy places and the upscale areas, so I'm completely oblivious to how much gun violence there is in the greater city limits.

    I think the violence is in black South Chicago and other black areas.

    Sure. You probably went around downtown and what not in the fun bustling places. Where's the incentive to drive 12 miles to some rundown neighborhoods in which you'll get jacked if you're dumb enough to just walk around?
