Free Speech has limits.
Alex Jones has been successfully sued multiple times for pushing theories with little regard for the truth.
He has admitted in court testimony that he is "performing". So when push comes to shove, he is "just kidding".
From a liability standpoint, the companies are getting ahead of the curve in being proactive for extreme views, especially ones that have little regard for the truth, such as Infowars.

I don’t they de-platformed him because of his conspiracy theories. The statements I’ve read have to do with hate speech.
