I don't need to hear about how your flow either, sista.
American Pie.
Many earlier and later attempts at capturing a John Hughes teenage angst, coming of age romcom for the most part failed. American Pie came the closest to resurrecting the styles and themes of 80s teenage sexualized and cultural stereotype humor and dysfuction in white suburban America, but just a bit more low brow and raunchy. Updated to late 90s fashion and style, but it might as well have been a film made in the 80s.
You are a ing epic dumbass
Easy A - 80s John Hughes teen comedy
House of the Devil - 80s horror
Turbo Kid - 80s post apocalyptic gory action movie
Super 8 - 80s kids sci-fi adventure movie

Career Opportunities
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Uncle Buck
Pet Sematary
The Burbs (one of my favorites)
Field of Dreams
Ghostbusters II
Major League
All Dogs go to Heaven
Warlock
Lean on Me
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
Eric the Viking
Dead Poet's Society
Batman (Tim Burton)
The Punisher
Casualties of War (underrated war flick; Michael J Fox finest work)
Turner and Hooch
UHF
Chris just lists regular 80s movies that took place in that decade missing the whole point of the thread lmao
anyone notice even those ty movies from the 80s that went straight to vhs, is still better then the crap they are pushing out today in t he cinemas? they went away from story telling to putting overrated stars who cant act for just to sell a movie...
For comedy it’s hard to beat Better Off Dead.
Cusack at his finest.
Ferris Bueller came to mind but it’s pretty obvious.
Oh ...the one with Spader and Downey Jr.
That’s ing 80’s.
No lie, the most underrated comedy of the decade.
No one asked if you were.
Being ultra defensive and bringing up something that was not even being discussed is very suspect.
You're stupid=I'm not gay.
How does that make sense? Stop compensating.
I haven’t really thought about it in years. Think I’m going to give it an overdue rewatch.
Wtf...it’s not on Netflix and not even available to rent or buy on Amazon.
Thread should be led: what was the last 90's movie that was actually 80's. All of those movies I listed came out in 1989.
