You obviously have never read aJ ack Reacher novel, if you would have you'd be....Child is full of it.
I’m not going to read the books...now knowing that Chid ed up Reacher’s size.
Check it out.
"An explosive, nail biting climax"....Library Journel
"Compelling...Texas as never been captured in quite this way before"...The Boston Globe.
You're really missing out.
Ok...so I probably will actually give one a shot. Is there one particular that’s the best? Or do I have to start at the beginning?
Killing Floor....is where ya start, it's the first Reacher.
I always find the first Conan, Elric, Sackett, Thingor, Kyrik, Kothar, whatever if I plan on reading all of them, same with music, ya start at the beginning.
this is by FAR the most subjective penalty call the league has ever implemented. this goes beyond the whole "there's holding that can be called on every play" stuff. it's absurd.
It's getting worse... this is insane
these stupid ass rules. Literally all the NFL had to do was say "yup, we're a sport where grown men run into each other at full speed. People get hurt. This is a violent sport. Play at your own risk, we aren't changing the rules." Yet another example of Roger Goodell being a ing imbecile.
And the funny part is that the people that these new, safe rules are supposed to satisfy, probably weren't even big NFL fans to begin with.
The NFL talent pool is already tiny compared to NBA, MLB and NHL. So when they noticed a growing number of American mothers not allowing their sons to play - this was a serious long term issue in the sport.
I have these mag that lists all the college football conferences. Digs deep into D-1.
There are over 70 College football conferences playing football this season. Then ya add all those JC's out there. Cali must have at least a 100 JC's playing footbal. How many thousands of HS football teams in this country? Now add Arena Football, CFL, NFL.
There will always be football players. Most people don't live in fear. Bull riders, cops, the military, boxers, the MMA, etc.
If you want to play football you know the risks involved. I played in three HS alumni games, the thought of being hurt.....big deal/so what.
The NFL needs to forget being safe, it will not work. And there will always be players, ALWAYS.
Just saw my first NFL male cheerleader.
The announcers did all they could to act like the guy didn't look gay as he bumped and grind.
Sheesh!
Lol giving a , college games have male cheerleaders too you mongoloid
These were both flagged for roughing the passer... Today’s NFL
this is significantly worse than the catch rule ever was
We see the big problem watching HS football. These kids today would dwarf those Lombardi Packer teams. HS lines averaging 300 pounds....what? I'm watching a 6-5 220 pound HS WR right now.
Too big, too strong, too fast athletes anymore. The game was never meant to be played by these kinds of humans. We have out-grown the game....literally.
Speed with size now add velocity....ouch!
I like the idea of the helmet rule, and the same old players ing about it are the ones making CTE claims. I do think they should increase it incrementally over like a decade, though, rather than hitting it all at once. Work with the NCAA and high-school orgs to start teaching to not use the helmet and not unfairly punish guys who grew up with this being okay. They also have to work on reducing how much offensive players lower their own helmets. There have been some flags for this new rule that really do seem to make sense. There have just been too many bad calls to make anyone feel good about how it's being officiated.
That flag for the sack is much less defensible, though. There was already stuff on the books about pile-driving a QB. Enforce that (or better yet, just accept the consequences) before adding more rules. It wasn't like Rodgers was targeted. That the league lost a top player for part of the year shouldn't be justification for changing rules (though it has been multiple times in the past).
