for 40+ years, the oligarchy has been screwing workers income down, real household incomes have been basically flat, so now the oligarchy target is to screw govt employees, so they are as stressed, as precarious financially as oligarchy-screwed private employees

We all know government employees work their asses off. That's why it only takes 6 months to get a form 4 through when it should take a few days.
