Not sure I have any say in if he keeps his job or not, however, the proof is in the results and so far in those 14 games he is still .500. He is now acting defiant in his decision about starting Ehlinger. That is fine, but if the results don't follow he is going to be fired, and it will all come down to his dumbass decision to stick with an ineffective QB.
One other point, If he doesn't want the fans to be dumbasses, maybe he shouldn't be a dumbass and do stupid stuff like getting off the bus with a baseball bat, and some of the other stupid stuff he does and says.
