Notice that the tulsa run started after a horrid punt. This is the 2nd bad game by our new punter. He is horrible when punting conventionally. He has shanked several and had 1 blocked in just 2 games. In game one, he was far better at rugby style. Make him kick rugby style from now on.
Also, what happened on the play where Locke lit up the RB, who fumbled, and we recovered? How did Tulsa keep the ball?
His expectations are quite a bit lower than mine.
This team is just not good, it is talented, but not a good team. This is a bad coaching staff, or maybe I should say there are specific coaches that are not good.
Tulsa is not a good team, and this season is about to get ugly for Tom Herman and his staff. Sadly, it's about to get ugly for the players as well.

Beat USC badly and have ATM execute a stinker worse than we have.
Tim Beck is a problem but he’s not THE problem. I’m pretty sure that Herman has taken the reigns on offense anyway. He has to know how dire the situation is for his coaching future at Texas.
Better pick it up before these recruits start heading over the tam
A few thoughts:
- Other than how the game went, hats off to CDC. The gameday experience was A+.
- They need to take the training wheels off of Sam starting this weekend and moving forward, if we are going to be a bowl Team. He has to use his legs early and often or we're doomed.
- We have to figure out a way to get pressure on opposing QB's.
- LJH and Ingram are the best playmakers on O.
- Tempo, tempo and more tempo on offense, please!
- All to often it seems we play not to lose. Play to win the damn game!
