Cohen was open near the end zone but Trubisky bailed out the Packers with that terrible pass on 3rd down.

Bears get the ball back deep in own territory, need to keep making plays on offense if they want any inkling of a chance to keep the game close when the great Aaron Rodgers inevitably wakes up.

Congrats on the win. Fitzmagic shredded a defense that was filled with hype but fell flat on their faces and got embarrassed. You guys would be foolish to start Jameis after his suspension. I just saw that you guys play the Eagles next week. Win that one and they you’ll definitely start getting some attention.

The NFC South should be wide open again. Obviously our defense won’t play that ty every game. Saints started 0-2 last year and still won the division, so all hope isn’t lost yet. The offense is still a juggernaut and Brees looks as good as ever.
But the difference is, the Saints 0-2 start was caused by them playing their hardest 2 games of the season (at Minn, vs NE) in the first two games. This time, they lost at home to a bottom feeder.

Jameis needs to go, but Fitz is a temporary solution. They need to draft a real QB of the future and also start drafting defense.

Bears re edly not going for it on 4th & inches. Why didn't they challenge and/or QB sneak? Giving Rodgers back the ball is suicide.

Big Balls Doug Pederson would have gone for it/ QB sneak there.

Cautiously optimistic that it was serious. Looked like he was holding his knee. Got up under own power, but then limped again. Xrays at halftime?

Well yeah, if they lose to the Browns at home next weekend, the season is over. But looking at the schedule, there’s a good chance that every team in the South will be 1-1 after next week.

has missed games due to injury in only 1 of the past 4 years... and twice in his 10 years as a starter. and collarbone both times, not really something that's due to being frail

    but recency bias i guess

Trubisky was stopped by running into his own guy. The Bears are bailing out the Packer here.

nagy getting too cute. "exotic schemes" notwithstanding, this should be a ball control, defensive oriented team. just punt for field position there. with rodgers hurt, there's no sense of urgency/desperation
