s thought the Bills were going to get anywhere near 7 wins? Lmao
not me, I had BUF going 2-14 and this was my July prediction

they have no offense... no QB, no OL, old running back who relies on speed and zone blocking, no receivers, old ass defense, very little young talent on defense.

OAK under 8.5, BUF under 6.5, SF under 8.5 easiest winners of all time
Easiest o/u I've taken since the Lakers o/u at 30 wins in Kobe's return season from the Achilles

If I recall, he missed like one or two during practice and the Cowboys cut him since they felt it was a recurring thing
meanwhile their new kicker is .000

I don't blame the kickers here. I blame the NFL completely. Ins ute something like the college thing where they start at the 25 yard line and each get chances to score. Anything but a ing tie.
No, the college OT rules are cheesy.

Make it more about the kickers... after all, it's FOOTball. When OT ends in a tie, you have 50 yard FG kick-offs, 3 rounds plus sudden death, and the winning kicker receives 3 points and his team wins.

i don't love them either, but it's better than this. That's why I said "something like"

i thought about a kickoff as well, but I don't want to see kickers become more important. I've always wanted the opposite really.

What I really don't like is how the college OT rules inflate stats and scores. Makes defenses look a lot worse than they are.

That's underselling it. That was one of the best catches ever.

Nfl needs to figure out some way to avoid ties. It's just stupid and ing annoying
    Here's the solution: play better.

This isn't povertyball, where most games are 0-0 ties. Ties aren't that common, and there's a long list of things the league needs to fix before even thinking about ties.

Every single time there's a tie it's because of ass kicking

Are you concerned about the Chargers defense? They gave up 20 and a lot of offense to a really bad team today.

And Dan Bailey still hasn't been signed by anyone yet. -ass kicking is the teams' fault, not the league's fault.

they should make icing kickers a 5 yard penalty in OT

also no kick blocking in OT... just a hold and kick.

This is accurate. Attributing ties (especially today's one) to anything but kicking is being disingenuous. And like I said I don't blame the kicker. That's a really strange job that has a ridiculous amount of pressure at the end of games. It's a terrible system if we're watching ties because one single seemingly unimportant guy that no one cares about chokes. It's just ing stupid.

Yes, that's exactly what the modern NFL needs: more special snowflake rules to inflate scoring.

Extend OT to 20 min and make a TD the only allowable score. First TD wins.
