So, your inherent point is that doxing is very bad and that CNN is thusly a piece of for threatening to do this to people?
Post your name, address and phone number if it's no big deal.
Let's see them.
So, your inherent point is that doxing is very bad and that CNN is thusly a piece of for threatening to do this to people?
No, it's actually both parties that do it. Whether you like it or not depends on the party in power.
Were they victims of an assault? You think it's worse that the accuser actually got doxxed.
Thanks for agreeing with me.
What a load of false equivalence bull .
Because delaying and stalling federal judge appointments happens every time you have a President and a Senate that are controlled by two different parties. Federal judges are appointed the same as Supreme Court justices, just with less media coverage. Look, I don't disagree that Garland got a raw deal and was more than qualified, but if Hillary hand not blown the election, the Dems would have nominated someone even more liberal. The GOP took a gamble on that and won. Dems are now trying to use this allegation as a late in the game delay tactic to keep a vote for Kavanaugh off the table until after the mid-terms gambling that if they can retake the Senate the can get a more center appointment. It might work depending on how credible the accuser is at the hearing and how credible Kavanaugh is.
Yes, Democrats are so above playing political games. Please. You diminish your credibility when you do not acknowledge the obvious.
You mean the obvious that the Democrats confirmed Kennedy in an election year while the Republicans didn't give Garland a ing vote?
No, I mean that dems like Harry Reid change the rules of the game when it suits him and if when it comes back to bite him, he has to live with the consequences.
It's funny watching your supreme moral outrage quelled by your shifting sociopath values.
So you want to completely ignore the obvious that the Democrats confirmed Kennedy in an election year while the Repbulicans wouldn't give Garland a ing vote.
So you're against the actual doxxing of the accuser?
Yes or no.
Step up.
What were the people doing who were threatened with doxxing by CNN?
Which one? He likes to be called Shirley at nights when he comes out yearning for trannies and shemales.
We all know that the Kavenaugh rape allegation was a card the Dems knew about and held until after the hearings as a delay tactic to stall a vote on Kavenaugh. Is it underhanded? Yes, but that is what both sides do in politics. Republicans that are outraged today will not be outraged the next time they try the tactic to their favor.
We gonna derail this bish
Hehe
No but we do all know the Democrats confirmed Kennedy in an election year while the Republicans wouldn't even give Garland a ing vote.
Kavanaugh is a piece of , this got. LOL someone on Ken Starr's team having the nerve to say that presidents shouldn't be able to be put under investigation.
Well, history has shown that when the presidency and the Senate are of opposing parties, they let the election decide. I think Kennedy was nominated the year before the election year, but was confirmed early in the election year. But there are no rules on this. The rule is what the Senate decides, and since the Dems lost the Senate, it's really just crying over spilled milk. You can keep crying, but it doesn't mean anything. And it's not like the Republicans didn't make a big gamble by holding off on Garland. It was clear if Hillary won that she would nominate a more liberal candidate to replace Scalia and if she had, with four years to go before another election, she would have won that appointment. And how many people thought Hillary was going to win? I'm sure you did. But she didn't. To the victors come the spoils. We all know what goes around comes around, so I'm sure the roles will be reversed in the future. When that happens, I'm sure you'll be disgusted about how the Dems act and complain that it isn't fair what they are doing.
We did call the FBI actually
This is a good tweet which aged well
No, history has shown only McConnell did that. History shows the Democrats not only gave hearing and a vote but a confirmation to Reagan's pick Kennedy. You're the one crying, complaining about Democrat obstructionism when that is the precedent McConnell has set. You want to whine about it now even though obstructionism is the only reason the Republicans have control in the Supreme Court. I will never complain about the Democrats obstructing Republicans after the act the GOP pulled from 2009-16. McConnell broke congress, he doesn't just get to have it back working again when it's his guy who can sign laws and nominate judges now.
What's more, this supposed "obstruction" by Democrats is happening during a vetting process, when Congress is tasked with determining whether this person is worthy of a lifetime appointment to the highest Court in the country. You may take issue with the methods but I'd rather see an overly critical examination by either party than a bunch of "Golly, we sure do like that you're a girls basketball coach, shucks you got my vote" softballs by the GOP. At least one side is actually doing the job of vetting.
The Republican obstruction involved blocking Merrick Garland from even having the chance to be considered. Again, refusing to do their job of vetting.
Absolutely
