Your claim is that someone's actively trying to rape your daughter/sister/mother isn't as bad as driving drunk.

    You're a real piece of .

Just remember it's politics that confirmed you are a piece of .

He got in a wreck from drunk driving at the age of 26. Kav allegedly felt up some girl as a drunk 17yo. Putting lives in jeopardy is significantly worse than that and he did it as an adult. "Reaching" lol

Don’t know about you Nathan, but I’ve never felt up a girl with an accomplice cranking the tunes up so no one could hear her screen.

Definitely doesn’t sound like attempted rape to me.

And more to the point, Beto admitted what he did, took responsibility, and moved on. Brett never did. That’s why Brett is a piece of and you’re a moron to try to compare the two.

"Putting lives in jeopardy is significantly worse than that and he did it as an adult."

ie, DUI is WORSE than rape.

    DUI as an equalizing "whataboutism"?

Attempted rape is a giant leap from what was actually alledged to have happened. So "attempted rape" is not in the equation.

Beto didn't admit to anything. He was caught. Brett has allegations. If they are false then there is no reason for him to admit anything. These two leftist talking points are absolutely moronic.

This makes absolutely zero sense. Did Beto contest his BAC? Claim the stop was otherwise illegal? Or did he admit to his guilt?

Reaching. Not only that it's a stupid standard given the fact that you have no clue if the allegations are true and mounting evidence points to it not being true. But Kav should just "admit" to it like Beto. Beto was busted. Period. Did he admit to drunk driving a bunch of other times or we working under the impression that he got busted the one time he went drunk driving?

That’s also the legal standard dumb . You said Beto didn’t admit to . He did. Understandable you’d wanna run away from this.

And you’re still dodging the larger question: Beto admitted to his guilt and moved on. Creepy Judge may or may not have raped. I’m actually sympathetic to criticisms of not trying him in the court of public opinion.

However, you took the position that attempted rape isn’t as bad as a DUI. Which is beyond re ed. And you’re not answering why Beto, having admitted to his crime, and moved on is similarly situated (though you may try) to creepy judge fighting rape allegations.

So he got busted and admitted his guilt. Impressive. You think this was the one time he went drunk driving? Did ever admit to those incidents.

Beto wasn't in position to deny his guilt. He doesn't deserve credit.

No, I never took that position.

How is he a creepy judge?

I've either explained or said enough for others to figure out that.

Someone accused of a crime isn’t in a position to contest their guilt? Do you think everyone admits to their guilt when they get pulled over for a DWI? I wonder how all those criminal defense attorneys stay in business. Also lol once a drunk driver always a driver

    And yes, you did

The “that” in your post is what we in the biz call attempted rape.

If you wanna say creepy judges allegations are just allegations, that’s fair. But if you do, you can’t compare one with the other.

If we're assuming, I'm going to assume Nathan has driven drunk before and many times too.

You know what they say about people that live in glass houses.

No, I'm asking if he did something like that. That would be something. Getting caught and then not denying it in the face if evidence is nothing.

So Beto admitted his guilt when confronted with evidence. Yeah, that's nothing. Kav hasn't been confronted with evidence of his guilt.

Most of the people driving at night are drunk are have been drinking. It's the norm. Thinking a DUI is on par with attempted rape.

You are correct in that I was assuming there were more opportunities for him to have actually admitted something worth praise. Perhaps that was the one time and there is no opportunity. In that case admitting to drunk driving after being caught is still a nothing burger. It's nonsense to spin that into some positive. It's more nonsense to compare him admitting in the face of evidence to Kav denying in the face of no evidence. On top of that mounting evidence is appearing to make this allegation appear suspect.
