True but she is using selective memory bull when asked about when and and where and how she ran to the media and also her interactions with Senator Kuntstein.
Coached by her liarwyers big time.
She's a pawn in the partisan political game.
“So what you are telling us is that this could not be a case of mistaken iden y?” Sen. Feinstein asked.
    “Absolutely not,” Ford replied.
When pressed by Attorney Rachel Mitc regarding her August lie-detector test, Ford couldn’t say who financed the polygraph.
“Do you know who did pay for the polygraph?” asked Mitc .
    “Not yet, no,” Ford replied.

Selective is very nice I guess.

Avenatti is like Sharpton, but he could probably handle a teleprompter.
Consider this you flaming piece of :

Judge, the guy Ford says was in the room, is in hiding.

    Why isn't he testifying?

He could help clear this up.

My guess is that he is in hiding, because it really happened, despite what deluded idiots like you believe, and bragged about it to someone else after the fact.

If he lies and says "no it didn't happen" and the people who he bragged about it to say "yeah he told us it happened", that gets him for perjury.

That's not selective. Maybe her lawyers set up the polygraph and paid the bill? Could be a lot of variables.

so, by the end of this hearing we'll know more about who paid for the polygraph than about who paid Kavanaugh's debts.

    that's some good sleuthing.

Arguing over who paid for the polygraph isn't going to go anywhere.

    @CollinRugg

Christine Ford says she "can't remember" if she shared her therapy records with WaPo reporter 2 weeks ago.

But we are supposed to believe her when she says she remembers Kavanaugh assaulting her over three decades ago? 樂
I think Ford has been kept largely out of the loop by her legal representatives. She is honest, and has been straightforward, but she has been handled, not for her benefit, or the country's, but to score the most points by using her story. THAT is what the prosecutor is establishing. But I don't think that matters. Also, am I right in her saying she chose her lawyer right after she got back from Delaware, but took the Polygraph while still in Delaware? Who contacted and ordered the Polygraph? I assume Feinstein in order to decide whether to believe her or not. Or maybe I'm wrong about what she said about getting an attorney...and it was while in Delaware or prior? Anyone taking notes?

common sense says a funeral is pretty ing important
Common decency says that you show some empathy for traumatized assault victims.

Not that you have any, which you constantly prove here.

Ford can’t remember conversations she had the past 3 mos, can’t remember if she paid for the polygraph, can’t remember if the polygraph was on the same day as her grandmas funeral, but she CAN remember virtually an entire detailed scenario from 36 yrs ago. #KavanaughHearings
Kavanaugh is a judge who can't remember a position he's recently taken on dozens of issues, can't remember recent court cases, can't recall things he's recently said, but he's vividly sure of things that (didn't) happen in 1983.

Maybe the Republicans/Kavanaugh/Mitc strategy is to try to make this (in the 2nd half today), somehow, about the Democrats and THEIR behavior - vs. the allegation? Otherwise none of this makes sense.

Real question: Since a Polygraph judges physical responses such as heart rate and palpitation, assuming emotion and specifically fear of being caught in a lie reflect this, does the fact that she just attended her grandmother's funeral (being an emotional time it one's life) affect those results?

My thoughts are the Republicans have been planning for a 2nd nomination for weeks, but they want to use this chance to inflame their base and drive them to the polls.

I feel like this morning was a setback but up until now it's been a pretty galvanizing issue, on both sides.

Gotta think there are senators in close races who are sweating right now.

She's obviously running. I'd rather get Warren in the White House though.

The prosecutor asked a question about how the polygraph was financed and the prosecutor didn't know what a "go fund me" account was. How can we take this prosecutor seriously??? It was an answer to her own question!
