It was Mark’s perception that the sexual activity was consensual.

Though Rasor does not claim knowledge of or to corroborate the claim made by Mrs. Swetnick and one other (as yet unnamed) witness that Kavanaugh was personally involved in placing substances in the “punch” to render women incapable of refusing sexual intercourse,
her testimony does help establish that this was a behavior that was engaged in at parties that Kavanaugh attended and that his close friend Mark Judge was directly involved.
Judge is also named as an accomplice in Swetnick’s accusation and Dr. Blasey’s testimony and
has been interviewed multiple times by the FBI as part of their expanded background check.
