I think Flake is like McCain and has visions of being the man who brought back bipartisanship, as if it ever really existed.

Since Flake is retiring...got retired by Trump he still has to worry about finding a gig outside of congress. If he votes yes, he'll be blackballed by any and all conservative job he could get.

There is always CNN though.
