too many elite, good, even average pgs in this league to trot out a scrub like bryn for 30+ minutes a night. spur will have problem keeping even bad teams under 100

I like White and Walker but I don’t feel confident they can stay healthy. That means in draft
    we are looking at best
PG, SG, or SF with our top 5 lottery pick.

Three young guards out with non-contact injuries in a week. What are players made of now....glass??
Yes. The old NBA where defense was allowed had players who were big, strong, and tall. Now, its the toothpick league.

This is what happens when an ever declining team and medical staff draft softies.

With our luck with the medical staff lately, they both would have been injured.
They have both had injuries in Los Angeles and that LA team is looking to get rid of one or both in the near future so they can short cut things as usual. The rebuild with young players out there has been for the most part a failure because have already blown some of the lottery picks.

This is what we get for letting one of the Big 3 walk.

Not gonna lie...would feel a lot better right now if Tony were still here.
I agree! No point guard? WTH!

Just shoot for the 8th seed. Spurs will likely get a good draft pick around 15 along with Torontos late pick. Spurs could possibly move up a little. This is actually great for the Spurs future. It only sucks for LMA and Derozan because they are in their prime.

Derrick White became the Spurs' latest to hit the injured list after tearing a ligament in his right heel, an injury coach Gregg Popovich said would keep the 24-year-old out for six to eight weeks.

Jesus...Forbes at PG is going to be like the Roger Mason Jr. Circa 2009 experiment all over again.

Whatever improvments Charity Case made this summer is all going to go down the drain once he inevitably loses his already fragile confidence because he can't dribble up the floor and can no longer get shots up just like Mason.

    ing book that .

That's what they were trying to shoot for with everyone healthy.

This is going to be a brutal 6-8 weeks without a PG and using undersized SG as replacements.
Even this homer fan is starting to wonder if the Spurs Curse is really happening.

Forbes is going to light it up, and become the next Curry. He is going to grab the starting PG job and never let it go.
