But he's canning them. Gotta give the dude credit where it's due. Seems like he can shoot but needs some coaching. Don't want him to get a spot, though. But it wouldn't be that bad if the Spurs are willing to cut him and look for something else.
I think he has to make the team now after all the injuries, tbh. Besides, isn't his contract guaranteed for $150K? He looks pretty damn done mobility-wise but he might literally be the only SF on the roster.

Well that boxscore shows Jsimmons NADA... He's coming back from a wrist injury through. Been out for months.

That's why they should have a quick hook if something better comes along. I think the Spurs should be a good target for the non-contender buyout market. Houston and GS will have their pick, but guys looking to get playing time and a new contract could look at SA as a situation where they could start. Could seriously see any decent vet at the 1-4 getting real minutes on the club this year.

He's fine. Just made a nice defensive play to end the half.

True, but he's usually not a guy that goes for nada... And he can get hot as everyone knows.

He slipped on D and grabbed his groin for a second. Could have been cheerleader related though. Can't tell with these camera angles.

But he looks fine since then, thankfully.

Richie Adubato can't tell the difference between Bertans and Poeltl. Then again, it's impressive that guy is still alive, tbh.

I have seen them be better... The magic look very different when their 3s are falling (doesn't everyone).

DeRozan sure can get to the line. Brings back memories of trying to get Corey Magette.

Don't know why I got a JR Reid flashback when I saw Metu's back for a second. Had totally forgotten about that loser.

Same thing happened to me last game. Saw Metu out of the corner of my eye and I was like why TF is JR Reid in the game.
