Yeah but did you know Brewer didn't get a Texas offer and his dad went there?
They had no idea that 3rd down play got blown dead by the timeout when Brewer fumbled. I think they were the last in the stadium to figure it out.

I think his father is in the stands, but need announcers to confirm.
I see what you did there. Too funny.
24/7 saying he didn't show.
if isu holds on to beat wvu....... texas will be top 5![]()
Not a big deal, he is all aggy, might as well move on. As long as the aggy are winning he isn't going to look at any other school. Tom has this team moving in the right direction and he is recruiting well.
screw that, we need them to stay undefeated until they come to Austin. I want another top 10 win. I absolutely have no doubt in my mind that Texas will beat WVU like a drum but we need them to be high ranked so the voters will give us more credit.
word............wvu trails 21/7isu is legit
Depending on the degree of the sprain he could be back by Okie lite or out several weeks.
Damn Shane had some god awful plays out there today.
What a game today. Too close 4 comfort, but a win is a win. Our offense did nada in the 2nd half, thanks to 2 missed fgs. If beck is psying attention, I feel we score a TD on the drive where we missed the first fg.
I just finished watching the game and apparently several top 10 teams lost today, but unfortunately ND was not one of them.
Nice highlight reel
Per 24/7, UT hosted CB Kaiir Elam of North Palm Beach, FL today.

Newsflash.
Shane can’t run the offense we are attempting to play. RPO... What....
There is no Run option for Shane. Don’t even attempt to roll him out with a pitch back. Just run the old student body right or left sweep and leave him behind. Put him under center if you must with a quick handoff. Don’t even pretend he is an option on the run. I wanted Shane to get to play. But not this way.
We lose this game on the road.
Get a freshman ready if Sam can’t go. Unless they have their legs amputated accidentally. Or come up with a set of plays that fit an immobile QB.
Orlando calls a better game when some desperation sets in.
Pressure the damn QB.
I’m gonna pretend like 5 is putting time in for Ingram until the real work later in the game because there is no doubt who the better runner is.
Johnson, Humphrey and Duvernay... I think I might be able to throw a completion to them. Almost everything has changed with this group in a positive way. Duvernay is becoming a really good blocker. Humphrey is getting better.
er is trying to do his part to make sure we play a C game. But I’ll keep him.

Shane with a little more game experience would be hitting those receivers pretty well, I like him as a passer. But I truly think Shane would be much better under center in a pro style offense, I'm not sure how good his drop back foot work is obviously, but I could easily see him making a living on Sundays. I hope he goes to a program that runs a pro style offense. I think he would do well up in Michigan. What I saw yesterday was a very rusty QB with no timing, but I also saw a very quick release and good crisp passes. No doubt the offense that Herman is trying to run is more suited for a mobile QB, and Shane is not built to be that QB, but when it comes to passing, Shane actually is the better passer.
But now I understand why Tom picked Sam over Shane. It was like dating two very hot women, neither is a wrong choice, but you pick the one that is more right for you. It would not surprise me if Shane ends up with a pro career and Sam doesn't. Shane game better translates to the NFL than Sam's does.
Shane is fine as the backup...it's a luxury for Texas to still have him. If Sam can't go and Shane gets two weeks worth of practices with the 1's they should have no problem with Okie St.
I completely agree with this. The bye week is coming at a fantastic time...or Sam getting injured now was kind of lucky. Timing wise, not lucky that Sam got injured but the fact they would have two weeks to get Shane or Cam mentally prepared. Hopefully it doesnt come to that and Sam is given a green light.
Shane is who we all thought he was. A pretty mediocre college QB.
Get well soon Sam.
