They are all leaders.
They all can motivate people around them by whatever means. That is not considered smart by many people. I would call this ability a considerably valuable kind of smart as well as dangerous skill. What Orange guy has made clear to me is how fear motivates and captivates people who can be easily persuaded into “the real problem”.
Imo it’s hit a base belief/fear that white People might become less influential. To a lesser extent white males might become less influential, which is really bad, because only they can run a country or company.

You have either completely cherry picked your info, ignored the evidence - or are making up - not sure which.
There has been PUBLIC evidence - that the Trump campaign was working hand in hand with the Russians, with Cambridge Analytica and other conspirators.
There have been indictments which spelled out the campaign from the Russian side - and Mueller's next move will be to tie the Americans they were conspiring with and indict them as well.
There was a public report that showed how the Russians - in their felony theft of the Clinton campaign - with coordination of the Trump campaign - stole and delivered the CLINTON CAMPAIGN STRATEGY - to the Trump campaign traitors and then coordinated their plans to assist Trump to win the election.
Think of that -
You are going into a match and someone steals all your opponents plays and gifts them to you BEFORE THE GAME! At the same time - they are releasing harmful info and/or propaganda/lies about your opponent to the public, revealing key injuries, illnesses to your opponent, etc..
The Russians delivered the CLINTON PLAYBOOK to Trump team. The 3 states that decided the electoral victory were decided by 70,000 votes or less. Trump and the Russians knew exactly what Clinton team would and would not do and used it to win - do you think the parroted phrase "Clinton didn't campaign in Wisconsin" was just a shrewd common sense Republican talking point (parroted in here by people partly programmed by Russian bots no less) or do you think it was part of the game plan?
Add to that huge advantage - all the internet bots, the releasing of stolen emails WITHIN 30 MINUTES of the "GRAB EM BY THE PUSSY" tape and you begin to see just how much of an advantage Russia gave to Trump.
Fast forward to two weeks before the inauguration; Trump is given a classified briefing by the USA intelligence reps- where he is shown classified evidence (without revealing to Trump - his own crimes that were being investigated - just the way you would deal with any suspect) showing the extent to which the evidence showed the Russians were the perpetrators in our country's attack on our Democracy. Trump was shown how an enemy attacked us and our election and was told Russia was absolutely the identified attacker.
This is where a President shows who he is working for.
Did he immediately vow to stop Russia? Retaliate? Protect the country? Confront Putin? Order an investigation? Publicly praise the FBI that it was good counterintelligence? Announce to the American people that he was on the job and would make sure this act did not go unpunished.
Did he get to work for America?

He attacked the FBI. He labeled the evidence - the classified evidence that our country was attacked - a witch hunt. He never confronted Putin. Not once. He said - it could be "Chy- nah" , it could be a 400 lb guy (TSA LOL) - he immediately discredited HIS OWN INTELLIGENCE agencies and HIS OWN COUNTRY.
Publicly. In the open. He did not send a secret Nixon-type memo attacking secret enemies - nope.
He publicly began a treasonous 20 month campaign where he took the side of the enemy attackers to our country. He publicly turned his back on his country and sided with the enemy.
