Formulaic plot. Cooper over acted IMO and Gaga was ok. She does have a good voice though.

Overboard with the try hard fratboy jokes. Had moments but too much 4th wall . It's a parody of itself in a way. The 1st one was good because I had no idea how it was going to unfold (not a comic book reader, didn't know much about him) but this one, contrived.

    Still, decent entertainment. 5.5/10

i agree that it felt a bit contrived or just redundant. but the films were pretty similar in quality. think i'd have the same feeling if i saw them in opposite order

I prefer the super hero movies where the good guy is a solo act. There are a few exceptions, but all this franchise is getting ridiculous. I used to like "Arrow" until all the stupid side characters started fighting with him like somehow his girl friend is a bad ass because she put on a mask, and his sister, and then her sister, and of course his sister's dad... and... and...

Actually Felicity Smoak was the only reason I kept watching.

Deadpool - the segment with all his teammates perishing in the sky diving was my favorite of the 2 films. Hilarious

Some really good scenes but overall too long, too serious, and too much forced drama. If Neil Armstrong was really that dull they probably should have made a movie about Buzz Aldrin instead.

Great cast, but DiCaprio acts circles around everyone.

How did Wahlburg get an Oscar nod? He's in like 5 scenes and is playing the same character he always plays.

Halloween was awesome. Laurie Strode was badass & Michael regained his status as GOAT of the slasher characters.

I thought Wahlberg did a job of portraying the "Bwoston" accent too.. how tf is he from there but is seemingly exaggerating it for the role

Did he ever lose it? The Halloween franchise is far better than A Nightmare on elm Street, Friday The 13th and Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchises

pretty sure some studio execs / selection committee people got their s sucked by Wahlburg.
    Par for the Hollywood course.

    Bohemian Rhapsody - 2/10

Garbage. Took so many liberties with the story that the whole thing felt dishonest. Conflicts and characters were fabricated out of thin air and any basic understanding of the timeline of Queen's song/album releases was disregarded.

Worst of all was Rami Malek doing what felt like an extended SNL impersonation. Couldn't take him seriously at any point. His crazy-eyes-dead-inside act works for Mr. Robot but he's out of his league here. The only saving grace was the extended Live Aid performance at the end, which the cast lip-synched and air-guitared convincingly enough, but it's hardly something to rewatch when you can just Youtube the actual show.
