Uh that's i right I respect the troops
on the new hoopshype podcast he said that certain vets told him the Spurs were like the army. He also said Kawhi basically didn't like how the organization was ran and that the players embrace the Big 3 not being there anymore.

Given Jabari's accuracy, when he says the Spurs are run like an army, it's probably more like a Quaker prayer meeting.
No substance from Jabari as usual. He sounds bitter that he can’t get any inside info from the Spurs. His questions are asinine most of the time and his purpose lately has been to disparage the Spurs. It’s pretty comical actually.

If that's the case, shouldn't there be some sort of accountability if players are playing bad? Mills has been so atrocious he shouldn't be out there

I wish we had DeMar with Kawhi lol. Pop is probably on his way out so I don't know why he didn't just let someone else take over and move to the front office. I won't get into Mills and Gasol contract thing because as a long time lurker it's already been covered by the majority lol. What a bunch of bull . The Spurs have had countless washed up, past their prime vets come to the organization just so they could have a chance to "Ring". Kawhi Leonard was a good player who blossomed during his time with the organization. He benefited from the tight control the Spurs had over the media and the teammates who allowed him to be himself - quiet and reclusive.
This franchise has been to the playoffs all but 4 years of its existence, has won 5 NBA championships and has the best regular season winning percentage in NBA history. For anyone to supposedly try and on them by saying the organization was too army-like and regimented is weak. Who the cares what they say? The Spurs have been a model franchise that other organizations would love to be. Respected, successful and stable.
