Liked Pop's adjustment of putting Demar on Doncic, at least made it harder for him tbh.

Really should stagger DD and LMA's minutes more IMO.....

Apocalypse continuing to be solid... 12 pts, 5-11 (2/5). Still not a PG as his one assist testifies but DeDoesEverything takes care of that.

    Forbes is DeGoat's BJ Amstrong.

We lost so many close games last year. I see vast improvement with us winning these games. We are really making strides in our crunch time scoring, like you said.
Exactly. Once the chemistry improves and the 3 ball starts dropping more, they should start winning more games comfortably.

Yep, last season we were the freaking Keystone Kops in crunch time. THAT was hard to watch.

Spurs are second in 3pt%. They shot 45% from 3 tonight. The 3pt shot is one of the things keeping us afloat so far.

First game I've been able to see living up here in Dallas. Totally happy with the Leonard/DeRozan trade now, what we give up in defense and a sullen at ude we gain with a smooth shooter and a team player. As for the rest, I was surprised to see Marco get pulled when he was hot but they said he missed a defensive assignment so who knows. Still not a Bertans fan but thought Mills played his ass off tonight. Dallas has a pretty damn good team actually nowdays but Ill always be a Spurs fan. In a way DeRozen's smoothness reminds me of Mitch.
    M Richmond? hm.

That’s what you get from a team with midrange specialist like Derozan/aldridge..

PATFO, get Demar De Kawhi some help now!
DeFrozen has turned an NBA 2nd team center into Patrick Patterson while Kawhi is making Lowry seem like the second coming of Curry.

Pop’s decision to bench Beli after that play really changed the game. Forbes was a big contributor in D once he came in. I just hate when he lost the ball tho. Probably wouldn’t have went to OT if not for that.

I meant more about them taking/making more, not so much %. They have shooters, but guys are still figuring out spacing, chemistry, rotations, etc...

First of all, Lowry was an All Star with De Kawhi. Second, De Kawhi is making Forbes seem like a legit NBA player instead of the G League scrub he really is tbh.

LMA is shooting under 40% FG this season. I'm sure he will eventually start hitting those shots he usually makes. Watching DeMar and LMA in the pick and roll is a thing of beauty. Once LMA gets his shot back, DD's assists will rise even more.

That NBA 2nd team center became that when Kawhi went down.

Exactly. He didn't forget how to shoot. Everyone goes through slumps. Not worried.

I would think we'd move on from Leonard and focus on our own team. *shrugs* 2014 will always be sweet. I'm down with what we got now. Spurs win and Lakers lose. Good day for me.

That NBA 2nd team center became that when Kawhi went down.
Kawhi only had him shooting 52% & playing elite D before he came in depressed/out-of-shape the following season. Lowly w/o Kawhi was back to his old self against a team that actually plays D unlike the Wiz who gave up 51 to Curry in 3 quarters.

What about Fatty Mills whom Kawhi made a household name?

Lowly is shooting 70% when he plays with Kawhi.

Kawhi/Fatty were the two best 2-man lineups on a 67 wins team: https://www.basketball-reference.com...eups_2-man_::3

Same in the '17 playoffs when they had a chance to beat the Duds: https://www.basketball-reference.com...ps_2-man__p::3
