Nope, is not culture because every Simpson character is a stereotype, the chef, the fat nerd from the comic store, Mr Burns, the captain, Willie the highlander, the redneck with 80 kids, Flanders and all of them are offensive.

This is just liberal agenda, and a dying show trying to be relevant.
