    The Dallas Morning News endorsed Republicans for 76 years before Trump was the nominee.
    The Houston Chronicle endorsed Obama in 2008 and LBJ in 1964. Every other endorsement between World War 2 and Trump has been Republican.

    The editorial boards of those two papers have been historically conservative. CC should know this. We don't expect Chris to.

    So either the entire editorial boards of the DMN and Chronicle have been overrun with liberals, or Ted Cruz is a terrible ing candidate (like Trump.)

    But go ahead and hold your breath and vote for the (R) like we know you will.

    It was always a serious uphill battle for him. Minorities and young people just don't vote in the numbers required. I still give him a 5%-10% chance of an upset though. I do think, however, that there may be a "Beto effect" on congressional house races in Texas in which Dems get a bump from Beto.
