Nick Nurse of the Raptors is a rookie head coach. He's been in the NBA since 2013, when he joined the Raptors as an assistant. Nurse has numerous players - Leonard, Green, Kyle Lowry, Serge Ibaka, CJ Miles, Greg Monroe - who have been in the NBA longer than he has. Of course Nurse should listen to them.
