    I mean our unemployment rate is like 2.8% and some construction jobs have been delayed by lack of labor, so I would prefer some new Bracero-type program to keep the economy going.

    Suburb home prices have actually climbed faster than Austin home prices. There's no profit in selling stock and buying it back at the same price. You have to pay brokerage fees. Same with homes and closing costs.

    Brokerage fees is 7.5% total... 3% to seller's, 3% to buyer's, and 1.5% to le company.
