I've heard no trade rumors surrounding Ingram.
I think Lebron uses these games to let the team figure it out, because he's not bailing them out. He will kick it into gear soon, but if they are down 30 he might just pack it in. It would suck to lose him for the season in a meaningless effort.

Kawhi is a fool if he hitches his career to GM Magic's circus. LeBron doesn't care about winning anymore regardless, and they still wouldn't be good enough to beat the Warriors.
