This wasn't a bad night for us and we could barely hang in there.
We are going to lose plenty of games, no trying necessary.

mediocrity implies this team will finish around .500 instead of in the low to mid 30s. i don't care if they beat up a bunch of tanking teams the last month to pad the record which i'm guessing is PATFO's exit strategywe finished the year with momentum
This team's ceiling is middle-tier playoffs since DJ's acl injury but even at that I would've chosen not to tank. Secondly, since then Gay (our 3rd option but playing like our 2nd since LMA is absent half the games) being in and out of the line up and on minutes restriction-type play has been the main downfall. Poelt'l dissapointing hasn't helped and Gasol was a good glue guy as well and being injured has done us in completely. Combination of akward roster construction and injuries is costing us right now. If we win "good", this team is easy to root for as it plays unselfishly and has good teammates but if we lose, higher pick here we come!

With all the injuries and walking wounded vets we ain’t that good get over it. I am all in for what ever it takes for us to get a top 5 player.

Question! If we tanked, Would the draft pick put us over the top and make us a contender. I dont think so, is our roster bad enough to get us a lottery pick, then how is adding a rookie going to get us out of Mediocurity. IT would take multiple years for us to reach elite level again..
To be honest most of the posters will be dead and buried long before we become an Elite team again. People just don’t know how lucky we were to be able to draft players like David and Timmy.

LMA collapsing into nothingness makes it hard to win, though obviously not having a small forward in a league of small forwards hurts.
They're getting blown out by mediocre teams like the Kings, Clippers and Heat.

No matter how hard we try we won't be as bad as the Cavs, Bulls, Knicks, Sun's. Our worst tank job is like the 7th pick tbh
