There were just too many things bad about the movie for me to like it. My main gripe is them not knowing what to do with Fin. Worst plot for that character probably ever, they didn't level him up, he didn't do anything of note, and he got #metoo by a random asian chick. Also the way Luke died was beyond stupid. I didn't mind his dark persona (even though it literally goes against everything from the original trilogy) but you can't kill him off by using too much force. That's just lazy writing. What is the point of Snoke? Or General Ginger? Of the random second in command that nobody cares about? So many cool plot lines they could've gone with yet they ruined it. I would've loved for Rey to go to the dark side. Or Poe to lead an Hoff like attack for them to escape instead of only like 8 people from the entire rebel force living. Luke to teach Kilo one last thing as a redemption for failing him before dying.
