corporate seats lower bowl is empty anyway....
Send a loud, clear message to Pop and the FO. Next time this team plays at home, there should be non stop booing of these scrubby players. Show that this is a huge disservice to fans to field such a scrubby mediocre team. After the booing, people need to get up and leave. It’s the only real way to send a message!
corporate seats lower bowl is empty anyway....
Wtf boos their own team!?
LOL, you're talking about fans that will give Mute Cancer a standing ovation when we play the Raptors.
People who shoudnt be spurs fans
Do you really think so? I have been expecting boos if he plays.
I will boo like crazy until they kick me out. I usually get good seats
The is that going to do? Is Pop going to hear your boos and miracle his roster into contention?
Philadelphia Eagles fans booed their team during the hoisting of the trophy
Yeah people will boo him no doubt
At worst, he'll get a mixed reaction, tbh.
Spurs fans are going to boo the out of him. It will be deafening
Why not take it further and boycott home games altogether? You hit their pockets and i might finally see my dream coming to fruition, Seattle Spurs![]()
Nothing wrong with sending a message that the team is pathetic and changes need to be made.
I was expecting two blowouts - in Indiana and in Milwaukee and I fully expected the Spurs to be on the losing end of both.
The fact that they won one and battled to the end with one of the league's top teams - is nothing to boo at since Kawhi ed the franchise.
Pop and the Front Office ed the franchise. No way the Kawhi situation happens if Phil Jackson or Steve Kerr was coaching.
I agree on this. On one of Kawhi interview, he said he likes the new raptors coach because he listens to whatever his players are saying. I don't think that was the case with Pop.
I'd say kawhi quit on the team. You cannot say that the Spurs training staff didn't bend over backwards through the years, always being ultra-conservative with players health. Kawhi showed nothing but cowardice and unprofessionalism from the day he decided to quit on the team to the day he was granted his wish to be traded.
A true pro would have traveled with the team, gotten rid of his entourage as a show of respect for what the franchise had done for him and for other hall of famers and if he really wanted to leave he should have just played through his contract and moved on when he was free.
It is too early to tell - but I have a hunch that Toronto will eventually see his true colors at the first sign of adversity.
Just watch.
RC, we have some guy in the stands booing and screaming that we suck. He's really pissed off about our roster moves. Can you get on the phone and get a deal done for Durant?
All for the booing...
The team needs to cheer when the opposing team scores a basket so the Patfo understands the direction the team should be heading.
I sat by the tunnel and booed the players going into tunnel after they got their ass handed to them by Philly last season. I got so much crap on here for doing that.![]()
Thats awesome please do it again next time!
No, YOU need to be booed at the next home game. Hey, everybody, when you see the dude that looks like Grady from Sanford and Son with a mop and bucket cleaning up some blubbery kid's cotton candy barf, go BOOOOOOOO
Sure, one of the 5 greatest NBA coaches ever never accepts player input. How ing stupid and brainwashed are some of you clowns?
Now I see how divisive and splintering a "primary donna" athlete can be to a fanbase. Y'all are just as bad as Kobe s and at least he brought them 17 years of decent play and 5 rings. Kawhi only played 6 (don't count last year cause he barely played) seasons here and won one le, yet y'all idiots behave like he's LeBron.
Why don't you take your hypothetical bull and shove it up your ass. I guess all the in fighting, bickering and backstabbing between Kobe and Shaq - where both Shaq and Phil got ousted - was ing make believe?
Or him feuding with Jerry Krause causing the dissolution of their Bulls dynasty was also not on him?
You morons seem to forget how badly great coaches have left teams in their wake. Pop is attempting to remain compe ive and restock the talent pool, but that is very, very difficult after 20 years of success (meaning low draft picks), injuries befalling the young players and, yes, handing out costly contracts.
Oh well, this has been the REALITY for the other 29 teams since 1998, now the Spurs have to face that reality as well.

I'm not a player fan, Im a team fan. Maybe, Pop did not consider Kawhi to be on the level of Duncan, Manu, or Parker for him to listen to. Maybe there's truth to it, who knows? It was indirect shot fired at Pop. Now, Pop countered it with "Kawhi wasn't a leader".
